Who pays for the introduction?
The contractor, as a success fee when the package is awarded. Developers don't pay us for the introduction.

We're a contractor. Can you put us in front of developers?
Yes. MEP, main contract, fit-out and specialist firms can get pre-qualified with us, and we introduce them to developers whose projects fit what they do best.
